Short-bio: Cláudio Gomes is Head of IT Managed Services at NOS Comunicações, where he is responsible for enterprise customer support across multiple strategic domains, including Network Operations, Security Operations, Workplace Operations, IoT & 5G Operations, Infrastructure & Communications Operations, and Service Management. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP). With a career spanning more than three decades, he has held senior technical and leadership roles in major organizations such as Hanna Instruments, Banco de Portugal, Sonae Distribuição, Sonae Rede de Dados, ISO Novis, Optimus, and NOS. Since 2018, he has led Managed Services at NOS, focusing on enterprise service delivery, operational excellence, and the management of complex IT and telecommunications infrastructures.
