SUMMARY:Dia da Ciência 2025/2026
DESCRIPTION:A 4ª edição do “Dia da Ciência” realizou-se no dia 11 de fevereiro\, organizada pelo Centro de Investigação do ISLA Gaia\, com o objetivo de incentivar a comunidade do ISLA a participar no desenvolvimento científico. \nÉ o grande dia em que celebramos a curiosidade pelo infinito\, a inquietude perante a ausência de conhecimento e a ciência enquanto motor de descoberta\, de pensamento crítico e de transformação da sociedade. \nÉ o dia em que paramos para questionar o óbvio\, desafiar certezas estabelecidas e valorizar o caminho – muitas vezes incerto -que conduz da dúvida à evidência. Um dia dedicado à investigação\, à partilha de ideias e ao diálogo entre áreas do saber\, bem como ao reconhecimento do trabalho desenvolvido por estudantes\, docentes e investigadores que acreditam que o conhecimento só faz sentido quando é construído\, discutido e colocado ao serviço da comunidade. Este dia simboliza exatamente essa visão: a ligação entre ensino\, investigação e inovação\, num espaço onde a curiosidade não tem limites e onde cada pergunta representa o ponto de partida para novas possibilidades. \nEste é\, acima de tudo\, um dia dedicado aos estudantes. Um dia especialmente focado no estímulo ao desenvolvimento do pensamento crítico\, desafiando-os a sintetizar\, estruturar e comunicar o conhecimento científico através da produção de pósteres científicos\, onde se refletem as bases da investigação\, da metodologia e da argumentação académica. \nOs docentes assumem aqui um papel essencial enquanto catalisadores\, incentivando\, orientando e inspirando a prática da ciência\, mas é nos estudantes que reside o verdadeiro centro do Dia da Ciência — enquanto protagonistas do presente e construtores do conhecimento do futuro. \nUma última nota: ultrapassámos este ano os 80 posters e short papers o que representa mais do que um recorde numérico. Representa um sinal claro de maturidade académica. Crescemos em quantidade\, mas sobretudo em qualidade\, em rigor e em ambição científica. SUMMARY:IV Congresso Internacional de Ambientes de Aprendizagem e Trabalho Saudáveis
DESCRIPTION:O ISLA Gaia promoveu\, no dia 21 de maio de 2026\, o IV Congresso Internacional de Ambientes de Aprendizagem e Trabalho Saudáveis\, um evento internacional dedicado à reflexão\, investigação e partilha de boas práticas relacionadas com o bem-estar\, a saúde e a sustentabilidade nos contextos educativos e profissionais. \nEste congresso reúne investigadores\, especialistas\, representantes institucionais\, profissionais de saúde\, empresas e organismos públicos\, promovendo um espaço interdisciplinar de debate sobre os principais desafios associados aos ambientes de aprendizagem e de trabalho no contexto atual. A iniciativa pretende reforçar a importância da criação de contextos mais seguros\, inclusivos\, saudáveis e humanizados\, capazes de responder às exigências sociais\, tecnológicas e organizacionais contemporâneas. \nAo longo do programa serão abordados temas como saúde ocupacional\, bem-estar organizacional\, igualdade de género\, saúde mental\, observatórios de monitorização\, turismo e qualidade de vida\, políticas públicas e sustentabilidade nos ambientes de trabalho e aprendizagem. O evento contará com palestras\, painéis de discussão e intervenções de especialistas nacionais e internacionais\, promovendo a troca de conhecimento entre academia\, organizações e sociedade. \nO IV Congresso Internacional de Ambientes de Aprendizagem e Trabalho Saudáveis afirma-se\, assim\, como um importante ponto de encontro científico e institucional\, incentivando a cooperação\, a inovação e o desenvolvimento de estratégias que contribuam para melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas nas organizações e instituições de ensino.
